I take into consideration your family dynamic (single, married with children, coupled without kids, senior/retiree, etc.) and suggest the communities I know will support your ideal lifestyle; somewhere close to parks and good schools, or nearby transit, or proximity to amenities, etc.

You’ll also be updated on how the neighbourhoods are developing so you have a good understanding of what the area will look like in the future, and what the resale value will be for your property.

You get my unfiltered, objective advice about the quality and condition of every home we see together so you make a choice you are confident about. When we view homes, we’ll circle back to your favourites so you can see your top choices twice—that way you’ll be less likely to buy based on emotions.
