I highly recommend Stuart Nodell and his team! I live in the US and needed a realtor to sell my late in laws home in Canada. I was extremely fortunate to have been referred to Stuart. If you are lucky enough to have found this review, you have found the perfect real estate team! Stuart and his team are hands down, the best real estate team I have ever worked with or met (and I was in the business in the US). Stuart and his team exceeded our target price and sold the home quickly. That is not the whole story!

Stuart is a very experienced, full service realtor that goes above and beyond to support his clients. All of the things Stuart did to support this sale were included in his price. He provided full house staging as a part of his listing fee (photos attached below). He brought in a moving van that was full of art, rugs and furniture and completely furnished the home! His staging was beautiful and designed to move buyers thru my home (and increase the sales price). It made a huge difference in the sale. This is not the “staging” most realtors offer.

He also has a coveted list of high quality, reasonably priced, service providers (estate sale companies, people to buy the cars, rubbish removal, contractors, yard service and cleaning companies). He helped me reach the companies and arrange for the services! The companies he recommended were outstanding. They offered high quality service and reasonable pricing. Stuart checked on the property weekly for me and he even forwarded my mail to the US while I was waiting for the courts to give us the go ahead!

He collaborated with my renovation team, on my behalf, so we could maximize the effectiveness of the staging! He and his team went to the builders supply and worked directly with my contractor to select paint colors for the walls and flooring!

He works hard, moves fast, is trustworthy, honest, and dependable, answers the phone when you call, and makes you feel like you are his only client He literally handled everything related to the house sale.

I could have hired a listing agent that charged a lower fee, but in the end, I would have ended up making less money and having to deal with a large number of other home sale details! If I had to do this again, I would absolutely hire Stuart and his team!
